Video call is the technology that has long existed in the first generation of iphone 3g phone. Even when the iphone 4 comes with front camera feature, it's video call service has reduced its popularity. At least for an iphone this is a new thing specifically on the iphone 4, the video call service is still based on internet via wifi network, similar to skype.
Reportedly, Apple is still working on for this feature to run in 3g network also. But with a device as small as mobile phones and then when we looked at the speaker's eyes on the screen as if you look into the camera which is a narrow corner. As if your face looking at the screen while the distinguished speaker was looking at their eyes. Compare if you do video chat on the computer when we see the other person then we do not see the other person's eyes so we do not see the camera seen by the other person who we are looking at the other field.
